And yet, I am expecting to receive ALL correspondence via email. I am expected to receive correspondence at a hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota under a former name. What if I had never received the emails about Kiley?

Sent email to court facilitator’s supervisor; this is why a lot of alienated parents just give up. Any documents sent to the Kitsap County Clerk’s Office via priority/registered mail have been “lost”, even if the tracking shows that it arrived successfully with date and time stamp/signature. I did note that in this email that I inadvertently left out a 4 from the email address. I sent this email from the new email, but I didn’t want to leave anything to chance.

Ignored my request to no longer send to my personal email, sent email at 6:41 pm from official courthouse email. I blocked her after she sent this email and wrote to her supervisor from my new email that has read receipt tied to this website.

I blocked my ex-mother-in-law/court facilitator on 6/26/26 after I received 3 emails late on Thursday/Friday and early Saturday morning, even after updating to another email that didn’t go directly to my telephone. Sent from her official courthouse email.

I decided to start tracking the mail once Crystal told me that she didn’t receive a birthday present ($50 Amazon gift card) in December 2021. I didn’t learn about this issue until Kiki received her birthday gift in June 2022. The Amazon gift card had a cupcake on it and was in a cupcake tin separate from her Christmas present, as I had done since the year she was born. I always made reference to cupcakes, because I had done that since she was little.
Crystal, do you still have your Cupcake Scentsy like this? I always brought it out of you room for your birthday. It made the downstairs smell like cupcakes. It’s now a retired Scentsy piece, but I found it on eBay. I’m glad to have this warm, sweet memory of you, my sweet, beautiful girl.
